let's run then shop!

It's nice, this running a little bit further every week. Every week I get to think, well, that's the farthest I've ever run. It's a nice little accomplishment when the smallest accomplishments increasingly seem elusive. My legs, though, are not as excited about this proposition as my self-esteem. In fact, I think every part of my legs hurt.

I did like 11km of shopping today. Living downtown is really starting to get to me. I try to have my own little bit of personal style, but Toronto almost convinced me to buy boat shoes twice today. Boat shoes! I managed to avoid the Trendy Moccasin, but the Trendy Topsider is even worse. At this rate I'm going to buy Trendy Desert Boots for the fall. And then my creativity will be officially dead.

Hi spring! Hi allergies! Super allergies. Or maybe the obligatory after-winter cold? We'll see.
